We hope that the New Year has started well for all of you - may it be full of joy, success, health and peace!

The empowering people. Network starts the year with a strong focus on training and capacity building. Appropriate competencies and know-how are an essential factor for inspiration, success and improved development conditions.  Thus we regularly offer training modules that are tailored to the specific demands of our member organizations – both online and offline. Furthermore we share interesting opportunities offered by collaboration partners within the international ecosystem.

Our brand-new epExpert Service is another promising format of support and knowledge transfer that furthers epNetwork organizations all over the world. Currently two experts are supporting our network members TrinySol in Mexico and AIDFI in the Philippines on a pro bono basis. Moreover, we are on the look-out for a passionate coffee roasting expert to help our recent epAward winner Café Compadre optimize their roasting process. Interested it such an amazing job in Peru?
